The NHSA’s administration is to assure that the each National Historic Site is an equal member within the NHSA family. As a non-profit incorporated organization, we are subject to federal laws.
The NHSA is governed by a Board of Directors elected by NHS members only (not other members). It is administered by its constitution and by-laws (established in 2019).
